We integrate medical services by a board-certified physiatrist, chiropractor, and physical therapist to treat musculoskeletal injuries. We work as a team to uncover the underlying cause of your condition so that we can treat it effectively and efficiently. We set goals so that you can get back to doing what you need to do, making you more functional and helping you to restore a good quality life, free of pain. Our team is proud to serve patients throughout the Thornwood, Pleasantville, and Armonk, NY area.

DINA S. NELSON, M.D.

Dr. Dina Nelson graduated from the Albert Einstein College of Medicine in 1991. She interned at Bronx Municipal Hospital and did her residency at Montefiore Medical Center in Physical Medicine from 1992-1995. In 2013 she received her board certification from the American Board of Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation. Dr. Nelson has worked for the Cerebral Palsy Association of New York State, in-patient long-term care facilities, and out-patient physical medicine & rehabilitation practices.

TINA SACCHETTI, D.C.

Dr. Tina Sacchetti celebrated 30 years in practice in April of 2016. She is a graduate of New York Chiropractic College and received a certification in electrodiagnosis in 2004. She founded and worked in her own chiropractic practice in Thornwood, NY until 2008. She has been doing EMG/NCVs in various PM&R offices and worked as the administrator in an urgent care facility and care coordinator in a multidisciplinary office as well. She is the administrator and patient care coordinator at Mt. Pleasant Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation and performs nerve study testing as well.

SWATI PHIRKE, P.T.

Swati has earned Bachelors degrees in Physical Therapy from University of Pune, India and a Master's in Applied Public Health Nutrition from The Karolina Institute, Stockholm, Sweden. She is an NY licensed PT and has 10 years of work experience. Swati believes in a comprehensive and integrated approach to physical therapy to optimize movement and restore function. She utilizes different manual and soft tissue mobilization techniques, therapeutic exercises, modalities and patient education to help manage pain and restore function. She is a Garston Technique provider and a certified Rock tape provider. In her free time, Swati loves to cook and likes to travel.
